Ordered to go. First I will say pizza was great. I tried the date pizza.. Excellent balance, good char on crust and had one doughy bite but overall id say great.. cooked through well in the center. Everything you want..asked to use the restrooms and was told only dine in guests were allowed. I was a paying customer and could have easily said I would dine in then asked for a box when pizza arrived. So I found this not to be a customer friendly policy.

Super fresh and authentically made Italian food. Sat at the bar for drinks and an appetizer and was witness to up close viewing of their busy kitchen. Everything is made with simple fresh ingredients. It's so fresh if you get a dish with prosciutto they don't take it from a pile of sliced meat, they literally hold the pizza up to the meat slicer and slice the prosciutto directly onto the pizza from a fresh chunk of prosciutto. Very friendly staff and fun environment as well!
I really like this place. The mushroom pizza is my all time favorite and go to. I also love it with an egg on top. Their drinks are amazing as well. And I can not forget the salads.
DELICIOUS & FRESH WOOD FIRED PIZZAS! Stopped on in Pizzeria Bruciato before catching our ferry back to Seattle and had one of the best PNW wood fired pizzas. It was fresh, delicious and quickly served. We’ll be stopping by again on our next trip back to the island.
We had supper on a Thursday night. Due to Covid many tables are closed, so we had a wait for dine in. But the pizza arrived amazingly quick, and the service was top notch! I recommend the lemonade, it isnt too sweet.
