Liked the location of the place. This is not an authentic log cabin experience as this is situated with bunch of other cabins like row houses. Also checkout time 10 AM is little odd too cause it is written that no stay beyond 10 is allowed and 50 fee will be charged if anyone stays beyond the time limit. Edit: Also got charged cleaning fee.

Clean and cozy room. Huge bathroom in our unit. Greeted promptly at check-in. Conveniently located in town, and close to Bryce Canyon NP. Great curb appeal at this location, and very pretty building design. Knotty pine trim, doors and ceiling. We highly recommend, thank you!

This place is a scam. As stated in the other reviews. I have never met a more hostile vile person than the owner Wendy. But let me start from the beginning. Me and my disabled party member came to this hotel with a service animal. The owner told us that they do not allow "pets" in their hotel. (ironic as it is on a farm with animals) Nonetheless, we all know service animals are not pets. The owner Wendy, clearly did not care, nor understand or have any compassion for the disabled. At the time, she offered us a refund if we would leave the property. And I would rather not fight, chose to take the refund and be on my way. After we left the property, she has stopped answering all calls. And refuses all refunds. That is all. Discrimination, empty promises and a hostile encounter. She will take your money, and give you nothing in return. Do not come here, you will regret it.

Very close to other cabins so if you have noisy next door tenants you’re screwed because they don’t have “quiet hours”. Claustrophobic rooms like a cell. The manager was very dismissive and unavailable. Avoid if you want a cozy pleasant stay.

This place is clearly here to scam you. They will take your money at any chance they can. On the discription of the villa house on Hotels.com it states "sleeps 9 (including up to 8 children)" after making the reservation they emailed me to let me know it had a max occupancy of 7. I Let them know I would have 9 total guests. Therefore need to cancel, they then told me they will now charge me a cancelation fee of 30%..... No where on their websites do they list max occupancy! In fact they list sleeping accommodations of 9! Very misleading dishonest. Save your money there are better options out there

Dingy “Cabins” that are really just sheds lined up close to each other. Noisy if loud people are using the cabin next to you and management is unavailable.

THIS IS A SCAM!! We booked a cabin via Expedia and they cancelled our room and we have never seen our money. We have tried to get our money back for a month now. They dont answer the phone and they dont respond to back to Expedia either. It is horrible to get scammed like this! The owner Wendy is heartless person!
