I received no help on line or by phone, I got to the site and what ever I did I received no help. And I need help getting my lights on. DFAC took my grandchildren. But they tell me to come here and it's impossible to get help from you all to. And I'm site savvy

They were given access to federal funds to share with the community for housing and utilities. I went through the city and was referred to them three months ago. I never received a call or email. I wonder who got the hundreds of thousands of dollars, or even access. No return active #, and a closed door. United Way, the City Of Atlanta, and them are no surprise to this 30 year resident of the city. We will hear about a scam sooner or later involving them....this exactly how this has repeatedly and sadly become the norm.

Horrible SCAM! Beware that the five-star reviews are all posted by this groups of scammers, hackers. They post as if they are providing utility bill assistance, and if you buy their fraud and apply, they collect (now online) all your life information, then pretend to "following up" by two phone-calls within 10 minutes (all in night hours so you will not pick up the phone) then suggesting "we cancelled your appointment because you did not respond to our phonecalls). They did it to me four times. After followed a barrage of Nigerian scammers calling for various fraudulent purposes. BCM has nothing to do with "Christianity." They are notorious scammers and soon will face jail time.

I am so thankful that Buckhead Christian Ministries was able to help me in the month of November when all odds was against me. It was hard to get through but if you really need the help you will keep calling until you get someone. I realize they are very busy so they aren't always able to answer the phones while working to help someone else. But I got through after calling back to back for 45min on the second day. Once I am able to help myself financially, I will definitely come here and give back because they are a blessing to many people out here struggling and trying to make ends meet. The food pantry is also great along with supplies you might need such as tissue, tooth paste, and other bathroom supplies.
