Ugh. The rental experience is terrible. I get it, there’s a lot of snow so people want to rent skis, but to expect people to drive all over to each location on the chance that you might have what I need in stock is bad business. Fix your phone system, get your staff to check what’s in stock and take reservations! I’d have happily rented from you if the process was easy and didn’t require me to come into the shop to “see what you have available”. Who has that kind of time? The staff was not interested in helping at best and really rude at worst. I will certainly never be returning to an Buckman’s.

Eric is especially knowledgeable about the technical nuances of fitting ski boots. Even if you're going just to learn and figure out where to start, I'd highly recommend going with Buckman's in Exton (formerly Wick's!) and asking for help.
Great service people and easy to work with. We rent skis from them seasonally and always enjoy the experience. The new store setup from the old Wicks establishment is worth stopping in to see the changes and selection of gear.
As much as I miss old school style of Wicks, I do like the upgraded shop and store. Place is awesome, people are knowledgeable and very nice. If it wasn't so expensive I would shop there more for gear. Although the time to go for stuff is the tent sale. The tent sale rocks!
Every staff member is very attentive and helpful. Can't say enough of good words - they spend several hours fitting me and my husband for ski boots, even though it was just him buying. They helped me fit my pair of boots that I bought elsewhere. Will only shop here from here on.
