My boyfriend and I came here looking to get snowboards and gear, and we left more than satisfied. Joe went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to find a location that had the bindings I wanted. Kayla was awesome too, she helped me find a great pair of goggle and helmet. Overall was the best retail experience I’ve ever had, such a friendly shop with wide variety and knowledgeable workers. Will definitely be going back for all future snow gear purchases :)

Really nice place that offers great service and prices. The renting from Thursday-Sunday was only 70 (my friend rented skiis, boots and poles. Majority of the staff there was really nice except the blonde lady who was working as the clerk. She was mean to her other younger coworkers and putting them down in front of customers.. that’s unnecessary. Everything else was great

I had such a good experience here today! I’m just getting into snowboarding and got outfitted this week except for boots. I called all around today to several of the Buckman's locations to ensure boots online were actually in-house ready to go. Buckman's shows boots in-stock that aren't... but the gentleman I spoke to (Luke) was fantastic. I'm in sales and could tell right away that this guy was serious about helping me. So I drove from New Holland to KOP to see Luke. Upon arrival he greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. When he finished up with the customer that he was helping, Luke gave me all his attention. Luke and his trainee spent close to an hour explaining everything to me and helping me find the right product. At no point was something above my budget shoved on me, and when I said I would pay a bit more he did find a pair that seemed awesome. But Luke thought they were a bit much and had more bells and whistles than I really needed. He and his helper even called all around to see if other stores had what I was looking for. I appreciated that very much, there is no gray area when it comes to caring and taking pride in your work. You either do or you don't. I did end up with a sweet pair of boots and pants and was super happy! When I was checking out Joe helped me. I told him how stoked I am to get into this sport and he asked if my bindings have been set up yet. I gave him the deer in the headlights look and he told me to go grab my board. When I brought it in he immediately complimented me on my new board which made me feel pretty good. Then he adjusted everything for me and told me to have fun. I left there and went straight to a local mountain and ripped around all day and night and had a blast. Luke and Joe earned a repeat customer today.

I had a fantastic experience here. Dave fitted me for my first pair of ski boots. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the right boot selected and the boot was molded and adjusted for my optimal fit. He is very knowledgeable, and I appreciated him taking the time to educate me about the boot and the proper fit. Can't wait to try out the boots on the hill, now.... I highly recommend the store and working with Dave for boot fitting and other ski equipment needs.

I believe in supporting local businesses. This is my go to spot for all my snowboarding gear. Everyone I’ve ever worked with at this shop goes above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. My only concern is that the staff here should get commission for their sales. Go see Patrick. He’s outfitted my entire family young and no so young. He knows his stuff.

The staff was so helpful. Ernie and Matt specifically sized me for ski boots, spent the time necessary to get what was comfortable and perfect for me. I spent over an hour in the store getting all the gear I needed. All of the staff including the young lady at the register were patient and kind. Best review goes to Ernie who backed me up the entire time I wanted to try something on or check how it looked. Thank you to everyone working that day for making it the greatest experience for my boyfriend and I!
