Very friendly front staff, assistants and Doctor. All were informative and kind. I left satisfied with my care. And I love that they offer an app to view your lab results instead of waiting for them to call you. I highly recommend.

Staff was SO courteous, organized and efficient. Physician was wonderful and explained everthing. Wait time was very reasonable.
This urgent care was friendly most of all. The facility was clean and welcoming. Staff was prompt with check in. Nurse was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my health situation. I will definitely go back if I find myself in poor health.
Booked online for their “wait while at home” service and didn’t receive the reply I was supposed to with booking info, so I took my son over. Filled out some forms, and then was told it could be one to one and a half hours at about 3:15. Said that’s fine. We go burn some time elsewhere, and then head back to the clinic. Closing time rolls up, and we are still in the car. The open sign turns off and they lock the doors. I knock on the door, and get told they had an emergency earlier and told everyone they “might” be able to see them. At no point was I told they “might” be able to see us. So we burned almost two hours while my son is miserable, where we could have possibly been seen somewhere else, or at least been in line at another clinic. It would have been better if they had just said, we’re probably not going to see you, almost no chance, go somewhere else.
Receptionist very helpful, willing to help customer. Waiting was good timing. Service was great. Overall excellent service.
