Worst customer service I have ever had over the phone. No one could help me everyone just kept transferring me they had an attitude the whole time one guy wasn't even in America instead she couldn't transfer me to the correct people since he wasn't even in the United States

Don’t waste your time! And find something else
Meh. I don't expect anything fancy for a truck rental place, but parking is unclear and the key drop box is very hard to navigate, especially in the dark. There's nearly zero light for late night drop offs, not safe! The suspension was completely shot on the truck we received (from another location) and when I dropped off the keys, the person at the counter did not seem to care when I told her about it. If you're going long distances, I strongly recommend doing a test drive first.
