I appreciate the fact that they stock most of the more common drives, saving me time and not having to deal with the tech's coming back to shag parts time and time again. Was in desperate need of a replacement DC drive. No one had one in stock and my production line was down. Control Concepts had a drive in stock, and arranged to have my old drive repaired so I now have a back up. The tech I had, was very knowledgeable and had me back up in just a few hours. I highly recommend them. My experience was great.
