Very responsive to my needs, and ensures customer satisfaction at every level. The sales staff looked for equipment to service the needs of my customers. They made suggestions without thinking about the sale or the cost. They cared about what I was interested in; it was nice not to have a pressure oriented sales person trying to just make the sale.
