Brought my family here to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. The only reason I am giving three stars is because he enjoyed himself. But the mask policy was not enforced as shared on the front door. It was worth the prices and both of our sons said they enjoyed themselves. Clearly it was busy today but overall we’d come back. I just wish the staff would have the confidence to enforce the mask policy.

This is my 1st visit to K1 Speed - Indoor Go Karts. It’s a Great experience had fun while racing with my buddy’s....!!Very friendly staff and Awesome karts. They have Large racing areas separate for adult & junior racers. Their is a bar area too. Over all experience is good!!

The one in Los Angeles needs to teach this place some customer service skills. The front desk was really cool but the people actually running the carts especially the Asian guy with the bleached hair, had a horrible horrible attitude. I wanted to go off on him but I had female company with me. I will be getting a free ride after I really report his attitude.

This place is an amazing place to race. I have been here on weekends and yes, it does get hectic but they do whatever they can to accommodate the racers. Anyone who has Rated One star needs to give this place a second Chance. And the review below me about the girl racing, I was there when it happened and they made sure the girl was okay and I overheard them asking if she wanted to keep on Racing and she said “yes”. Don’t be little Karen’s. Respect their hard work. They do more than you know when you aren’t there.

Quality equipment, well maintained place, my daughter loved it. I enjoyed tremendously, as well. We went at the end of the day, so it wasn't so crowded. We'll worth it.
