Went here for a quick cut to give the young students a try. I believe her name was Natasha or tasha J i'm not sure. She was terrible. Very rude and nasty and make some pretty vulgar and nasty remarks. Don't bring your children here. Also heard her bad mouthing customers. I won't be back.

They are student's doing the cuts so skill level can vary, but overall it's always been a positive experience since the instructors will make sure you don't leave with a bad cut. Very affordable as well if you're not looking to spend an arm and a leg on a haircut. Trade-off? It will likely take twice as long since the students aren't as fast/confident yet.
I called 2 weeks ago and set a appointment up to come fill out my financial aid and meet with a instructor Mr. Garcia. Nice place. I took the day off to meet with these people. After my meeting with the instructor, they tell me the financial aid lady was not in yet but she will call me when she gets in. This was Monday. Tuesday I call at 10:00am, it goes to voicemail so I left a message. No return call. It's now Friday I called everyday leaving a message and not one person had the decency to return my call.
Gave me a good haircut for 5 bucks. It took a little time but the cut was good.
Absolutely horrible! Before today, I would have rated this place a 5. I have been here several times with my son and husband. It takes a long time for haircuts and they are students so I understand there’s going to be some mistakes (especially with a wiggly 4 year old) but for 3 you can’t beat it. My husband hates spending the money on haircuts so this is a compromise. I have never had a complaint. Today, the INSTRUCTOR gave my son a haircut and it was HORRIBLE! I gave my concerns thinking no big deal, there’s an instructor here somewhere and he said he would fix it but that he was wiggly. I stood right next to him and noticed that he really didn’t know what he was doing. I wanted to ask where the instructor was but was afraid of getting him upset so when I saw a guy (who had been sitting at the computer in the front the whole time) got up to get a drink, I decided to ask him. He responded that the guy WAS the instructor. I go, oh ok. Walk back to my son and the instructor says “what’s your problem?”. Completely inappropriate response. A better question would have been “is there anything I can help you with?” “Are you unhappy with the haircut?” My reply is that that is no way to talk to a customer. The second guy walks behind me and says snarkily “you need to understand that this is a school” I reply that I am fully aware that this a school as I have been here several times before. I was very upset and my husband was very unhappy with his haircut as well. We refused to pay for my son and am now at target buying a new clipper to cut my sons hair for school tomorrow. I have given better haircuts watching YouTube tutorials!
