I traded my Honda in for a Toyota and just had my first service appointment. It was a huge disappointment. The customer service was terrible. The service technician, Mike, was rude and obviously didn't care. I waited an hour and half for an oil change. He said he would come get me and did not. After awhile I went to the office to try and find out why it was taking so long. Kimberly was a bright spot and managed to find Mike so I could pick up my car. He said nothing, processed the paperwork and then gestured toward the door, saying my car was right outside. But where was my car in the large lot? Another nice attendant helped me find my car and said that Mike wouldn't be working there much longer. But on top of that, there were multiple employees not wearing masks in a small area. I guarantee I was not the only customer that did not feel safe. I really hope that my car is working well...but I don't feel confident after that experience. They have construction, which I understand can cause confusion. But customer service is the real issue. I called the manager Todd to speak with him about my experience and I never heard back. I generally don't like to give bad reviews.... I truly hope Todd or another manager reads this and make some improvements before I come back.

The whole buying experience was a pleasure for me beginning Thursday, when I searched the certified used vehicles at AutoNation Toyota's Buford's location on their website, to traveling to the Buford dealership location on Saturday to test drive and go through the buying process. I loved how I could view each vehicle in your inventory, with a true price breakdown, Carfax history, and plenty of photos and vital information. Even though I live in the northeast Georgia mountains, 81 miles from your dealership, thanks to your great website presentation of vehicles, I was able to find the exact car I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. I appreciated that Marquis Oliver guided me through the whole process from the first time I contacted him on the AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia website on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Marquis knew that I didn't want to lose the opportunity to buy this great car and he made sure that it happened swiftly and efficiently. I thank you very much, Marquis. I love my like-new car and it's a dream to drive.

My service adviser is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable in what I need for my car. I really appreciate someone who will advise what is best for my vehicle not try to sell me services I do not need. This is the 3rd time I have came for service and he has been so awesome to see and treats me more like family than a Customer.

Great customer service. Ralph was very helpful. He was kind and patient with me. He did not try to push any cars on me he let me take my time and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions. He made sure that I left with the car that I wanted. Great experience!!

Andres Llano worked sole me my 2020 Toyota Highlander. I like that he was able to answer all of our questions and worked with us to get an interest rate an finance plan that worked for us. I appreciated the fact that when I noticed something broken on my bumper after getting home, he worked with us to set up a time to get it fixed. He spent 10 am- about 4 pm working with us and even tried to borrow a car from another dealership for me to compare the highlander to the honda pilot. He was easy to talk to and understood our needs. Car shopping is a long process, so we appreciated the time he spent working with us.
