I just want to say I had a great time at Charm Bridal. My consultant Amy was great. She was very patient and very helpful. I picked out a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress. They were very informative about Covid and being safe in the store. The dresses are very affordable and they have great payment plans. Please go check them out, you won't regret it! Thanks again Amy!

Although I did not purchase my dress from Charm, the customer service was phenomenal. Jenna was my consultant and made me feel so confident despite how much weight I’ve gained due to quarantine. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. The only reason I did not purchase from here is because my wedding date is only 90 days away and I was restricted with what could be ordered on such short notice. I found more variety in my size elsewhere but wish the customer service was as delightful as Charm!
Amy was extremely professional and helpful during my appointment. I had a very clear vision of what I was looking for and she managed to find it for me! I couldn’t be more happy. I had my special “say yes to dress” moment that I won’t ever forget. Thank you Amy for making my dress appointment unforgettable!
My experience was so great with Charme. Kimber was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and knew the inventory so well. I only had to try on 4 dresses and she took everything I loved from the first 3 and pulled the perfect dress that had everything I wanted. 100% recommend!!
I went to Charme Bridal in search of a wedding gown. Walking into the store is was very neat, clean and organized. I set appointment and I arrived about 30 minutes early and they brought me in immediately. My consultant was Dina! She was amazing! Her first step was to address my wants and needs. Immediately after she was on the hunt for gowns that fit the description of what I wanted. Dina went out of her way to find other gowns that may fit my criteria, she went out of her way to accessorize and she was very patient with me. I went back and forth between 2 dresses for about an hour and did not rush me nor did she leave my side. She made me feel like it was all about me and I was very comfortable! This was the last of 3 stores I had planned to visit and ended up saying yes to the dress at Charme Bridal.
