I purchased bf-575 a few months ago for cleaning tile floors in a busy pizza restaurant. I am completely happy with the product. The price was great! And it shipped pretty quick. The product performs as I wanted. It's used nightly and the rubber squeegee Head has become worn ...as they do. The product claims to have parts easy to find and replace. Although I looked online and found nothing. So I decided to contact farag janitorial where I purchased the wet vac. Via messenger I chatted with and now have new heads shipped out at again at a great price. So over all this purchase has exceeded my expectations..this is a happy customer who would recommend them for their janitorial needs Sincerely Starr

I had a huge barn to clean-up and my Shop Vac's were just not strong enough to help. After some web research I found the Farag Janatorial JM773 vacuum with TWO MOTORS to give it supreme suction. The online reviews were excellent and I purchased one in June 2020. Once it arrived I found it easy to assemble and it performed just as well as documented in the online reviews. When I called customer service to see where I could obtain a backup cloth filter bag they sent me one at no cost. I highly recommend this vacuum for handling dry pick-up. I have not used the wet vac option (and probably never will).
