This company should be ashamed of the way they do business. They sent me a letter that looked like it was from a government agency. Big picture of the white house surrounded by the words \Drug and alcohol compliance department\. I did not know I was signing up for what I signed up for. My fault for not reading the tiny tiny print on the bottom of the page but they also refused to give me a refund and were all very rude on the phone. Told me its my fault for not reading the fine print. Which I agree it is my fault. But I refuse to do business with a company that operates this way and I would never recommend any body else to either. Tricking people with false threats and misleading information. How they conduct business is horrible.

Today is Jan 1 and they already sent me for a random drug test . Not only that, last year they sent me for 3 random drug test . Good thing is I have my own company . I will not recommend using them all they want is your money .

This company is lying. I did not call and harass anybody. I did not sign up with New ERA Drug testing. I was tricked by what they were calling Drug and Alcohol Compliance Department. To state the facts, nowhere did it ever even say the company name of New ERA Drug Testing until i received the email the next day after i was tricked. This company has done nothing but deceive me. And now they responded to my bad review with nothing but lies. It just doesnt end. I hope these reviews help to warn others of their bad business practices.
