By far the best customer service!! After being treated like trash at Holiday Inn Media Center, the employees at Pickwick gardens were respectful, amazing, nice, caring and by far professional! They showed us the whole facility and their banquet rooms. Each with different style and the view to the court yard was amazing! The prices were very reasonable and worth every penny and more. The catering food was delicious and well made! A big Thank you to the chef. They day of our event the staff was A. The Bartender Sandra was very professional and made everyone feel welcomed as we ordered drinks. The person in charge of staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate us throughout the party. The two servers were amazing! They were so nice and attentive. I would highly recommend to make an appointment before going any where else. If you have received any other quotes from other places, please take a chance on Pickwick Gardens! Ask for Diana, she is an amazing sale Rep.

We toured the location to host our Wailers Ski Club Holiday party. Great garden. They work with you in what you are looking to do. Call Kristin she is really helpful. Prices are really reasonable . The rooms were booked so we could not go in. But the diagrams are perfect.
