I’m going to start saying that in this place all the crew members are awesome! Let me start with the person that take care of us his name is Jesse Ortiz this guy is amazing he treat us like family and he is a very kind person I think he is the best, the rest of the crew they make this place the best place to go and buy a car, they all take care of us and they make the process easier and response everything the best way!! I brought my vehicle in for heater repairs and was very pleased with the level of service I was given. I was greeted immediately when I arrived with my car and Paul Ortega, the service manager. This was my first visit at this location and Paul knew who I was before I introduced myself, I was very impressed. Paul had arranged a loaner car for me to use while my vehicle was being repaired at no cost to me, which was very convenient. I received a call the next day with the diagnosis of my vehicles heater problem and I was given an accurate ETA for when parts would arrive for repairs as well as when the repairs would be finished. To my surprise, repairs were completed earlier than expected and came in a good bit under the estimate. From the time I arrived at the service department to the time I left, I was very informed and treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with there. I will absolutely be back for all of my needs on this vehicle in the future. Thanks for all your help, Paul.
