The company had plenty of buses and friendly drivers to help us. We rented two buses for our group. Although some of our itinerary changed and went overtime, both drivers were great and very patient to get all people loaded safely. Reasonably priced, no matter regular and overtime rates, flexible with our route changed and schedule. Our event went smoothly! I highly recommend Cham Tour and Charter Services!

They were professional, on time, and very reliable. We reserved a 15-passenger sprinter car to pick us up from SFO and take us to Napa. Although we only have 9 people, each one had luggage and carry-on. They called us patiently to make sure luggage quantity and size, and finally suggested us to choose 15-passenger sprinter instead of original 12-passenger sprinter. Even changing car type, the price was still reasonable and commensurate. Their service was helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this company enough! It made our trip stress-free.
