Gracie Burlington is an amazing gym! The owners and instructors are top notch. Spenser is an amazing instructor and can get even the most timid and shy of kids to open up. He instills confidence, grace and poise into all of his students. I am so glad that my family has become part of the Gracie Burlington family!

Absolutely the best in town. My 9yr old has learned more in the past 4mos at Gracie than he did in a year with other instructors. The Gracie instructors truly care and want you to learn and have fun at the same time. Highly recommended for kids and adults.

Gracie Blackbelt level Jiu Jitsu instruction, Professional MMA instructors, Olymipc level Wrestling instruction. In my opinion, having trained at varrious schools since 2006, Gracie Burlington is the most well rounded, professionally run school in the area and to my knowledge, the State. Programs range from kids grappeling, adult fundamentals to advanced adult classes as well as striking, competition class and many other options. With varrious opitions of class packages and class schedules to fot your needs and life style I could not give a higher recommendation of a location to train.
