I love this gym! The staff is super sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable! They purpose to keep their classes small, so they can make sure everyone has proper technique for safety reasons. The professionalism this staff shows, the knowledge they possess, and inspiring, personal experience they have from having victory on their own weightloss/health journeys, makes this gym the best around! They have something for everyone, young or old, man or woman. You can "do you" here at this gym and learn Krav Maga, take self defense courses, boot camps, bodybuilding classes, and more! Changed my life. I HATE gyms. But Krav Maga is completely different. The guidance and support are part of the deal, not something for which you pay extra. It’s no longer “exercise” or “working out” to me. I’m TRAINING. Training to be stronger. Training to achieve my body goals. Training my body to be a weapon. My entire outlook on physical fitness and strength has changed. It’s because the trainers understand the process and guide you through it. Krav is now my way of life and my therapy.
Krav Maga is a wonderful place where, no matter if you’re a beginner or an experienced person, you’ll will be challenged and you will learn many things! The instructors are friendly, fierce and determined to help you grow! Krav Maga is for all ages and sizes. Go ahead and give it a try, you won’t regret it!
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. I have always tried to stay active, but I have had a love/hate relationship with traditional gyms. Years ago, I found that I enjoyed group classes over individual training on my own. When I moved back to my hometown of Burlington, I didn't know where to go and was lost for awhile. Two years ago, I was introduced to BKM and I was hooked! The instructors are awesome, making each workout fun. You forget you're working out because of the energy they bring and that surrounds you. From Bootcamps, to Kickboxing, to Krav Maga, to Yoga...I highly recommend this gym family.
Will not be going back. Wish the owner would realize that an instructor with the unprofessional multi colored half shaved half dyed half washed hair is single handedly destroying her business. Please stay out of peoples face with your phone. I was there to work out..not have you screaming in my face recording me while im trying to focus on my workout.
I have been going to Burlington Krav Maga for almost 4 years and my wife has been going here for almost like 2 years. I am a regular here and this place is like my workout home . All the instructors are just amazing, friendly, cool and you get the right advice . Few years back I weighed more than 200 pounds and almost lost my confidence in loosing weight and getting back to shape, but after visiting Burlington kravMaga, I changed a lot and learned my mistakes w.r.t my diet , sleeping habits etc. Kickboxing, weight training and cardio with the help of instructors here helped me gained my confidence and most importantly boosted my positivity and I am down by more than 30 pounds and have been consistent for a long time. Folks in and around Burlington if you wanna loose weight, wanna feel better then get yourself here and most importantly stay patient and consistent and you will feel the change within you .
Excellent team and very rigorous workout. ZERO stress after an hour of well organized fun.
