It's called "burning rice" because if you order a hot stone bowl, the rice is nice and crispy... pretty good. If you order a plain bowl it's just regular rice. First time trying this place, but it's 100% worth a try!

The hot stone bowl was good. The tofu was done well and the veggies were fresh. I took their recommendation for a sauce and was pleased. Both employees were very nice and friendly.

I fell in love with Korean BBQ 2 years ago. Burning Rice - Regular Bowl / Kimchi rice / Spicy Bulgogi / All the veggies and an Egg. Topped with Spicy Korean paste. A whole food pyramid in a bowl. YUMMMMMM!!!
