I am always treated with great professionalism by the staff. As a practice, I always take the time to read the name on the name tags and address them by name. So I appreciate the people in he uniforms with the name tags. There are two Gladys on staff there and both are great.

1.I am frustrated and disappointed. My son was expecting a package delivered as a birthday gift from a friend. He checked the mailbox(a locked one) daily. He got birthday cards from other people, but never that package. Tracking it, said it was delivered on July 27th. It was not. Not in box or to our door. We were home all day. Nobody knocked, no notice left, and not in box. He kept checking. He saw something a couple of days later saying it was out for delivery even though it had said it was already delivered. Weird. He went out to meet mailman days later. He showed the guy his tracking app on his phone. The mail delivery guy just say, \hmm. that's kind of early in the morning (or day.).\ Now, I am looking at the latest tracking. It says out for delivery and says returned to sender. We have received other mail. Just not that. We have been here. It was NOT delivered ever! 2. We get other people's mail delivered to us. This happens all the time. Today we got another homes mail, all of it and none of our mail. None. Not even junk mail. We brought the mail to the right address and asked the person if he received our mail. He did not. (This guy is very honest and detailed oriented, so I trust him.) I got some other important looking mail for another addressed a few days ago. (court stuff.) I don't even know that street, so I returned it to the mail marked incorrectly delivered. What if I was just some irresponsible person who just decided to toss it in the trash instead? I would say that we get other's mail at least 3 times a week. I have to wonder who is getting our mail!!! This really worries me a lot!!!
I waited in line for over 15 minutes just to drop off a prepaid package. If ya'll need to hire more people just say that.
Representative assisted us on passport service was very patient and friendly. We had brought unnecessary documents all with copies. USPS required only originals, they made copies of our documents on the spot. Excellent customer service. We went back to USPS on a 05/10 for another passport application and this time it was a bit different regarding copies. We were told we needed to bring copies of required documents. They provided us copying services for 0.25 per page, which was still very good.
