Burts is the best, they take care of the problem right away, and its done right. I use them for all my oil and oil burner stuff. I just found out they also do AC repairs and installs, I will be using them for that as well in the coming year... Highly recommend...!!!

I was recommended to Burt's by several people living and working on the North Fork. Their staff including Alicia and Edwin were a pleasure to deal with. Burt's offers an excellent experience from the moment you make contact till the job is completed. Alicia went out of her way to welcome me as a new customer scheduling my annual checkup, installing a tank monitor and trying to get my old thermostat to work properly. After the old thermostat was pronounced dead by Edwin, I had him install a new wi-fi thermostat which is great. Thank you to everyone at Burt's, I plan to be a customer for a long time. John
