Went to get a chip in my window shield fixed. It started out great however my information was not forwarded to the repair guy so my 9:am. SCHEDULED 20 min appointment turned into waiting all morning and wasn't fixed until 1:30-2.. I will give Frank with Sudden Impact 5 stars for coming through... CALL HIM DIRECT!!! I do not recommend going through C&J auto

Bought a high priced window. I had been looking on line 5 different options. 1 was 850, the rest from 300 to 350. Quoted and ordered 850, it didn't fit. Took back ordered different 1. I was told it was different window altogether, it fit different appiction and was same price. I know different. He didn't wanna miss out on commission and or have to change all the info on paperwork. Either way I won't shop their again thats not an upstanding way to do business.
Great part prices for all makes and models. I use them often when I need parts at a good price and fast!
I called to ask about a price the guy was just rude & towards the end I thanked him even tho they didn’t have what I asked for and he just hung up. Have to start teaching your employees how to be professional & have manners or else you’re going to loose business I was still planning to go to see if they could be more helpful but no thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.
I have ordered parts here a few times over the past several years. Very helpful, efficient staff.
