I bought an older used car for my 16 year old daughter from this dealership. We were treated like we were buying a 100k new truck. The lobby had had wonderful soft music playing. That helped to reduce my stress level. Our salesman was just amazing! I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business!

Had a great experience buying a used truck. Has been in Little Rock all day with no luck and no one seemed interested in selling me one. (I was driving an older car I have). Pulled into Red River Ford and greeted by Jacob Weeks. He started getting trucks that fit my need ready for test drives. Ended up driving one home. Will definitely be back when ready to purchase another.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have encountered. I was initially greeted by Jacob even though I was referred to Tristan. Tristan wasn’t there that night but Jacob continued to help me as if I walked in to see him.I had done my research and came in ready to purchase a specific truck. Unfortunately, that truck was sold as I walked in. Not only did management locate a exact match truck, then sent a driver to pick it up for me. Since I gave them a number I wanted for my truck, they didn’t try to low ball me. They matched what I wanted and even discounted the new truck more. Total time spent doing business was approximately an hour. They prepped everything for me to come in and sign. Even after the sale, Tristan continued to contact me to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
