Incredible people and an incredible experience. Many of the negative problems people are talking about here have been fixed. If you have any doubts about going you should stop hindering yourself and just go. You'll do something that hardly anyone will be able to do and you'll be able to have some bragging rights in the end. Nothing will change your life quite like the thought process you'll go through at 13,000 ft.

Another company based at Caldwell Industrial Airport offers skydiving experiences for everyone from newcomers to experts. For newbies, Tandem Skydives require no prior experience and almost no training. You’ll be attached by harness to a seasoned skydiver and will be free to marvel at the views after leaping from an altitude of 10,000 feet. Sky Down Skydiving uses a modified Cessna 182 able to climb at a remarkable rate and carry up to ten skydivers. And to help you remember your jump or show it off to friends you can choose from professionally shot video and stills packages.

NEGATIVE KEY NOTES: They did not disclose that we had to bring our own flash drives to get our expensive picture and video packages that same day (or else they would throw them all on a dvd/cd and mail it to you), very outdated technology (including their website) and you can't get both the raw or edited video footage (it's one or the other), employees were next to us talking about how the planes gauges were not working (right before we about to board the plane to jump). We had someone in our group who was jumping for their 1st time, so they paid for pictures and they forgot to take pictures of them and there was no remorse from the company representative up front about it. Yes they refunded them, but still no empathy. If we decided to jump locally, we would choose another company. POSITIVE KEY NOTES: The jumpers were super friendly, answered our questions, they put us at ease and got us to land safely.

Sky down was one of the coolest/ craziest experiences I’ve had. The instructors were funny and easy to get along with. They were also good at making the experience seem not as scary. 10/10 would jump with sky down again.
