What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Joe was patient and informative as we made decisions about building choices. He was so accommodating, even coming to our house to verify site readiness. The installers were friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. They ensured that everything was level and square. When I contacted Suddenly Structures about a building, I had some pretty specific needs. The biggest was I wanted a roll-up style garage door in the end. I use the building primarily for storage and needed this style door to get my zero turn mower in/out. The team from Suddenly Structures easily accommodated my request and we have loved our building. Great friendly customer service. Wide selection of products that I can select from to fit my needs. Very knowledgeable, fielded all questions concerning buildings, price, installation and end even on site evaluations. No doubt I will be recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a building for vehicles, storage or a work shop. I would like to add at no time did I feel pressured or feel as if I was talking to a salesperson. One more point I was driven around the lot in an ATV to see all the options they had to offer. When we got back to the office we sat down to talk and I was offered refreshment. I will say the bar has been set high for the level of customer service delivered. Five stars all day long.
