I wish I could give zero stars. We bought a washer and a side by side refrigerator outright with no additional warranty. After a few hours we called to inform them the side by side was not getting cold and he said to give it a little more time and if you put things in it it will get cold faster. It didnt need more time it was NOT working period as he admitted the next day picking it up and offered a different side by side same brand. We agreed. (Our groceries had spoiled at this point as the ice chest i had on hand didnt cut it after I'd grabbed a few more things to put in what I expected to be a working fridge and freezor and having young kids). They weren't able to deliever the replacement for 2 days, late in the evening. However this ones ice machine didnt work so I had to call them back and that took more time and it took a few more days for them to come back out and look, they said it was a simple part and would come back later to put it on. They never did even after weeks of checking. We got it ourselves only to find out it leaks and has a crack so we opted to not using it to save myself the failed calls and more money. AND the washer went out roughly 2 months later. This was in 2019 but my friend had a bad buy so I'm leaving a review for others to USE CAUTION. Please go elsewhere.

Ray the owner is con man and lier. He sold me side by side for 450 in july. it never worked. Does not return call. Paid 100 for extended warrenty. Lier and con mAN .Stay away from lier and con man. Junk is what he sells.
