Natalie was AWESOME!!! This is our first Piano, and so we know nothing.. I had a handful of questions, which she happily answered. She also found a few pennies located in strange and strategic places, that caused a few off sounds. She got those pennies out, reconnected one of my pedals, and tuned it all up to sounding GREAT!!! She was on time for our appointment, and knowledge and skill showed as she took apart and reassembled my piano like it was nothing... If you need piano work, Natalie is the one to call... As her brother I am biased. However, being a part of a musically inclined family my grandfather tuned pianos for 40 years. My mother has been tuning pianos for 30 years. Natalie has been trained from my mother who has more than 70 years of knowledge being passed down to ensure pianos provide a warming harmony of music as people perform. There’s an array of repairs and tunings she can do with the knowledge passed down from the business.
Natalie is such a professional, and she is so talented. She truly is the best piano tuner I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend her and Miget Piano Tuning!
