You be the judge. The people were nice enough. They definitely were eager to help. But this whiting was not what I expected. There's a chance that I just don't know seafood well enough- which is why I'm not saying anything negative. I even sent these pictures and descriptions to my southern mom and asked what she thought. She said \trust your gut son.\ So, opening my order and it looking like this, coupled with some other unsightly sights at the store, meant that I could not give Cameron's the benefit of the doubt on this one. But, you be the judge.

This is my go-to place for crabs in the summer. They do nice job cooking and the crabs are good. Not the best but then I am not ordering jumbos either. I also enjoy the fried crab cakes

This Cameron's has good food. We are normally happy with our food. As a matter of fact the last time we went it was especially good. We also like the truck in Germantown. As a matter of fact I think we like the crabs off the truck more. But we are always happy. Never had a bad experience.

This platter shows the crab cakes 7.99 each, not the jumbo lump crab cakes at 14.99 each. This is the lunch platter which comes with crispy, tasty French fries.. like the Greek restaurants have. Additionally, the crab cakes are hot and fresh. They have a super fried outside and nice crabby consistency on the inside. Pleasant employees and large drink selection. Also a seafood market.
