Our instillation went very smoothly from design review to layout to.finished project. Every person at Troy was so kind and professional. From Pam to the installation crew, everyone was polite and professional. Every possible issue is clearly explained. You won't be surprised by anything. The invoice breaks down all the charges so you know exactly what you are paying for with parts and labor. The installation was well done, including drilling a hole for cables.
