This team is so amazing! Wanda checked me in and Todd did my imaging. Both of them actually CARED about my concerns and were very thorough. I would totally recommend going here for an MRI. They are friendly, professional, and caring. Thank you so much!

The front of the staff was super nice , but the mri people were horrible , the guy that took me back barely explained anything to me . Once I got taken back I explained I had a horrible experience when I was a child and have extreme claustrophobia keep in mind it was still the open one but I explained I was very nervous about it they basically said lay still don’t move they said they would put music on , I did half the MRI without any music and the loud sound just buzzing in my ear which terrified me even more, he came over the loud speaker and said I was moving and to stop , I was shaking since I was nervous. I had to repeat one of the parts due to shaking so much . When it was over I said I’m so sorry I didn’t realize I was shaking I was just so nervous The guy didn’t say one word to me just pointed to the door. A little compassion and caring can go a long way, and these two men had zero of those .

No compassion at the front desk AT ALL. Don't they train these people in customer service?? The woman at front was brusque and I felt that I was nothing more than anuisance. Another front desk person was friendly enough. I will report the MRI section shortly. It starts soon. As for the MRI itself, it was a decent experience. I am claustrophobic but they had a huge selection of music (I played ENYA .. she always knocks me out, lol) and I covered my eyes, and the tech talked me through the whole thing. Once you get in, its not so bad with the music. The worst part is that the machine is so loud, but otherwise it was actually kind of pleasant with the music.
