Alot of fun on a hot day. Definatly going back. The water in the pool at the bottom in about 7 to 8 ft. Deep and about 6 to 7 ft wide so you will have to now how to swim or wear a life jacket. I would also recommend bringing a tube as you move a lot faster on it.

My family loves the hike to the sliding rock and when got there it's like a piece of heaven
Personally, I say this isn't worth it. It is a unique place in the creek but it is a mile hike and it was crazy busy. Lots of people smoking drugs and lots of trash. Looks like a teenage hangout spot. Like other said, if you are going, bring a cart because it is a pretty decent hike. Also, bring trash bags! Please grab a few bits of trash and carry out some trash for the lazy bones. There are better spots to go to. If the parking area isn't busy, maybe check it out. If it is, pass on this.
So much fun!!! It was our first time doing something like this! We loved it. Super slippery so be careful at all times. Be sure to hit the tubs on the other side of the parking lot as well. Really a fun experience
