John was great!!! He was very knowledgeable about all of the trailers and was very patient with me considering my wife and I knew nothing about trailers. John worked out a great deal for my wife and I but we just weren’t ready to purchase but we WILL be coming back when we are ready to purchase a new trailer. John will get you the very best deal he can and won’t BS you like most salesmen do. He was understanding that we weren’t ready and wasn’t trying to force us into anything we couldn’t afford. My wife and I are looking into buying an RV, but knew almost nothing going into the process. We had the great privilege of working with MARTIN WEIGHT, and he could not have been more helpful! Such a positive experience purchasing our travel trailer. Jared in sales greeted us and had the trailers we wanted to see ready for us, providing insight on each trailer. Beau in finance was easy to work with and obtained the financing we requested. The service team did a great job making us familiar with the unit (shout out out Voycheck-hopefully the spelling is close) answering any and all questions we had. Thank you Richelle and Cameron your service team during the pickup of our trailer and then follow-ups for a better hitch system and working on our propane regulator. I highly recommend the team at Camping World for your RV needs.
Mike went above and beyond for us while on the road and needing a new, nationally back ordered, water heater. He was able to source one and get it into St George during our stay. Then, on the morning I was planning to pick it up, we decided to have Camping World install it. Despite being booked out for weeks, Mike and team were able to fit it in that day. The hot shower after 7 days without was glorious. Thank you Mike and the entire Camping World team!!!
From the moment we entered Camping World we were greeted right away by John our amazing sales person. My wife and I were looking to purchase a travel trailer, both us we’re newbies. John is very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy, and answered all of our questions. We bought that day and returned next week to pickup our new toy. The whole process from buying, finance, orientation and installation we we’re treated like family. I would highly recommend Camping World for your rving needs. I have little faith in RV Service Centers after so many bad experiences piled up. We were presently surprised and very happy with the service center here. They got us in when scheduled, listened to our issues and were able to diagnose issues that we have had in multiple places with no luck. Hands down best customer service and communication with results of actually helping us instead of the run-arounds we are used to. I am so glad we found them and will travel back to the area just to work with them in the future.
What great service!! I was looking for something smaller that I could pull with my mid-size truck. Jared, my salesman was great to work with. No pressure! I went in at 11:00 am and I was out of there by 4:00 pulling my new trailer home. Everyone one there was very helpful and nice. Thanks for the great buying experience! I would definitely recommend this place.
We visited on Saturday and we were very impressed with the salesman. I accompanied my friends on their search for a new RV. They wanted to downsize and check out options. The salesman was extremely helpful showing them what they thought they wanted as well as being helpful showing them other ideas to consider. No high pressure just good information. If they had been able to take one home they would have. (We were visiting from Oregon). Now they have a good understanding of what to look for when they get home.
