lived here freshman year of college and it was...interesting. We had about 4 different floods from the washer, shower and dishwasher. So they are not always in the best shape.. but I think we got an especially bad one because a lot of friends didn’t have problems. Overall not too bad, they are super close to campus and affordable!

New management doesn't not communicate at all, they will not tell you when to be move out by so you will not be packed or prepared and they will always come up with some excuse on why you can't get your security deposit back do NOT stay hear!!

This is such a nice place. Great location with a peaceful environment. Great management, always willing to help! The pool in nice to cool off in the summertime. Nice clean apartment ,well kept up. Washer and Dryer in the apartment makes this place a real winner!!! Great place to meet new people and enjoy the collage life.

Great place to live! I love having a washer and dryer in the apartment and it’s just a block north of campus. Also it really cheep for its location and what’s included. The private parking lot is good as well. It’s has its problems but it’s the best apartment I have ever lived at.

If you're looking for a way to expand your patience, then this is the apartment for you. There are several ways in which campus villas will help you out in your feat. For example, your apartment might flood 4 different times, or your washer might give out and you'll be without one for almost two weeks. You might also have the loudest microwave and dishwasher known to all mankind. But overall, these apartments are okay. Nothing fancy but there is worse out there. The location is pretty great if you're planning on walking to campus. If you're hungry, the McDonald's is right across the street so that's convenient. I haven't had any issues with the managers, they're usually quick to respond but I know that isn't the case for everyone. Oh and the pool is great. I've seen like three people swim in it the whole time I've been here but it does make for a good tanning location. Oh and the LDS ward is awesome.
