Wow is all I have to say! I am beyond impressed with the service given by Cam's Mobile Marine Services. An early Saturday morning getting ready for a launch of a bass tournament for the Florida High School Bass Nation, my dads motor stops working out of nowhere; he instantly called Cameron to help fix the issue. Long story short after the boat was loaded and taken to his shop, Cameron fixed the problem in a timely fashion and was able to get the team of high-school freshman back out on the water to fish their tournament. My dad told me the motor is running better than ever and that wouldn't have been possible without the help of Cameron and his team!! Huge thank you & highly recommend for anyone's boat servicing needs!!!
This was my first experience with Cam’s but it will not be my last! I learned the day before I left my house in PA, that my on board battery charger for my trolling motors was not working. I called Cam’s as they are located not too far away from my place in Florida I was at my wits end as this was a new setup (installed by a marina in PA) that was only about 8 months old. I was angry it didn’t work and not sure how I was going to pull off any fishing without my 3 bank charger. When I called, Justin answered. Talk about customer service! He was pleasant and knowledgable. He asked me when I could be there and said they’d take a look as it might be something simple, even though they had a backlog of work. Fast forward 18 hours later when I rolled into Cam’s. They took a look and found that my off brand 3 bank charger had burnt up. Now I was really in a spot. I was only spending a few days this trip and I really love the anchor function on my Minn Kota for fishing. Cam looked at me and said “I can have one here for you tomorrow. We will get it done. So I committed. I was fishing the next day. I told this long story to tell everyone this- this is a good business. My experience is what I would call the best customer service I have ever had. Everything done with a smile! Impressive place. I’ll use them again and suggest you go there for your boating needs!
