Call Candlewood and Mark showed up in 2 1/2 hours to look at my problem. Mark assessed the damage and help me find the parts online for the repair. Mark was straight to the point and explained all my options. After talking about what my business needs are he showed me machines that would be better suited for the volume I do. Under no pressure I bought a printer from Mark for a bit more than Amazon because I wanted his service and warranty program. Great experience all around!!

One of the best experiences I've had with purchasing office equipment. Mark responded to my inquiry immediately after our all-in-one fax machine bit the dust. He gave a very fair price and came to our office the next business day, set it up, and showed us how to use it. So far, we love the machine. Hoping we won't need service for a long time but I know Mark will take care of us. Thanks so much!!
Mark and his technical assistant were great. Mark responded to my service calls on my old machine very quickly.
