I really like the girls in the office and the two service techs, they were very helpful and nice. However, the owner was very unpleasant to deal with and I found out that he straight out lied to me. The trailer I traveled to purchase was quoted to me as one price and then when I got there he told me a higher price. I also tried to deal with him on a missing part for the trailer and he wouldn't even so much as acknowledge me. I called a dealership in the same town that sells the brand I bought and they were very helpful and said that they would be happy to help me with anything I needed. I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership.

Great experience. Roger was very helpful over the phone and once we were able to make the trip up the trailer did not disappoint. Both Chuck and Roger were honest and straight shooting. Also added some extra components to our (new to us) trailer and despite having a full service area, pulled a trailer out and put ours in immediately. Best service we've had in a long time, thank you!
