If I can give less than 1 star, that is what I will give them. My husband called several times - no answer. I called several times - no answer. My husband logged in to the website SEVERAL TIMES and for authentication they asked him to take a picture of his driver’s license front and back and send it to them. The EDD website cannot even handle it. It keeps on going and going with that circle. Then my husband decided to go to EDD Canoga and do his task in person...only to find out that their office is close. The least that EDD can do is post a sign in their website with the correct schedule...say office close when they are close or better yet just be honest and tell people that they do not want to work.

Horrible, no help at all. Nobody on the phone, no body in the building!!! They are the only ones getting paid for nothing, and tbe unemployed nothing!!!

Thomas was very helpful, he was nice and understood my problem, and immediately helped with a solution, i was worried initially as i was not able to reach anyone by calling the customer care, and luckily one day i was able to reach Thomas, who was the best. More power to you man, may your tribe grow!!! Wishing you the best in whatever you do.

AVOID... You receive nothing but bad attitude... Those guys have their full time jobs with full benefits and of course well paid, but, they don’t do their job to help unemployed people who reach out to them for help...!! I don’t no what they think but, I can say only one thing: You’re not better than everyone else...

No one there to help you. Only person there was a security guard who told me there were some jobs posted on the bulletin board, I could look at. Don't waste your time coming here if you need help because you're on your own. This place is a joke.
