This place needs better management! At least tell the people you’re ignoring a realistic time they will wait. Instead of ignoring and walking right passed them.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! After deciding on dinner, my friend and I called ahead to this establishment curious about the wait time. We were informed currently about a 30-40 minute wait. After arriving wait time was about 45 minutes. Fine, put our party down for two with my number so we can we reached when our table was ready. Went for a short walk in the area, even made sure to have clean hands for our evening we were very much looking forward too. We went back to check in, at this point it had already been about 40 minutes. This time going back there was a party of 5 waiting as well. The hostess came by shortly after to inform the party she was seating them next. I did asked her to make sure as it was now 45 minutes as this point. She insisted the party of 5 was ahead of our 2, accepted the answer and we all continued to wait. After an hour of the party of 5 still standing and WAITING, THEY LEFT!!! My friend and I decide to be patient until about an hour and 10 minutes, that was enough! I told myself to cross my own name off. Yes, I did cross my name off with rage and throw the pen. Very child like behavior on my part, yes I will admit. There were three, 3!, empty tables. That somehow took 15 minutes to remove each plate one by one. But two were finally CLEARED OFF AND CLEANED, after the party of 5 left. We were still left standing there, IGNORED!!! They definitely saw us because we were STANDING RIGHT THERE!!! We understand COVID did a number on businesses. They were under-staffed, we get that. We just received THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! We were avoided completely! Acknowledge we are there, come up with some BS about having to disinfect the table before seating us. NO, nothing, not a word. As if we were just traffic cones in the way. I feel sorry for the there members of the staff at this point, my friend and I know what it's like to be in the service industry and always like to be as gracious as possible but I am never coming back.
Super yummy. We got the bento box and a couple of sides and it was all delicious. Lots of food! The meat was cooked perfectly and the rice was great. The chicken was delicious with the spicy mayo. Would definitely order to go again!
Our first time to have Japanese BBQ and we definitely love this place..... Kids enjoyed the Yaki-Shabu beef.... we ordered different meats and they were all good. We definitely would recommend this place,,, and of course come back again!!!!!

Meat is delicious and the servers have always been friendly whenever I went.
Misleading website states they have a (cheaper) lunch menu but this location decided they don't serve it. They don't mention this to you, and instead just give you their more expensive dinner menu. This place is just not worth the price from the dinner menu.
