I can’t thank them enough for how they handled everything after the unexpected loss of my very first dog. He was truly my everything. We lost him NYE. I panicked because it was a holiday and they’d be closed for 3 plus days. I called & emailed with my frantic questions I forgot to ask. The owner himself emailed me back telling me he’d message the supervisor and assured me there was nothing to worry about. I also received a call immediately Monday morning from the office manager Jessica. She was patient, kind & truly amazing dealing with all of my questions even though I was basically crying hysterically. This review my be jumbled as I’m still upset and in shock. But they called to tell me my little baby was ready to come home. We just picked him up today. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. Totally surreal. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me ️ They also placed an order for 2 blown glass hearts that will contain his ashes. A surprise for my hubby. They will hang from our rear view mirrors so he can always be riding with us. They’re black & brown just like my baby Thanks again from the bottom of my heart

After getting the terrible news that my cat had an untreatable cancer and going through the agony of having him put to sleep, I opted to have him cremated. The vet sent him to Peaceful Pastures. A few days later I was informed that they had a cast made of his pawprints. On picking it up, it was painfully clear that the cast was of a small dogs pawprints, not a cat. I returned the cast, and the staff at Peaceful Pastures tried to tell me that it actually was a cat pawprint. Here's a tip, folks: if you can see large claw impressions, it's not a cat pawprint - at least, not the kind of cat you can get from an animal shelter. Be assured I'll be telling everyone I know with pets not to use Peaceful Pastures.

Very respectful, and very kind staff. They do go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Helped to make the experience the best they could. Very happy with the end result as we burried our beloved family pet, where the staff allowed us to leave an item with our pet, and write a message to her on the coffin. Didn't rush the process and allowed us to take as much time to be with her as we wished.
