I was in town for a short time for business. They have taken all the precautions to keep the gym open for their customers, and I was still able to have a great workout each time I was there. Great service!

This gym is one of the best that I've ever been to. The classes so engaging and I break out into a sweat every time. Coach P. has a lot of knowledge in nutrition and helped me get on track with my diet and training schedule. Don't skip on Triple Boxing!
This was an amazing experience! Great staff and a family atmosphere! We all help and motivate each other to reach our goals! 22 lbs down for me in 28 days.... if you trust the process you will not fail!!!
Enjoyed our time there but am still having a monthly charge coming out of my account, twice now! Be aware!!
My grandson attended classes for a year and had a lot of fun. The coaches are very nice and attentive.
