Moved here in April 2020 and the leasing staff were super friendly, helpful, and prompt - despite my million questions moving in amid the pandemic. Very pleased with any interaction from various maintenance staff from getting locked out, spraying for wasps, need for batteries for alarms and lightbulbs. Super fast response to work orders (same day). Would definitely recommend without hesitation to anyone considering a move here. Neighbors are friendly as well and feel comfortable in my new “home”.

I lived here 3 yrs ago, liked the management team and maintenance team responded fast. But the apartment itself has the oddest design ever: I lived at first floor, and the second floor design was their living room is right above my main bedroom, their washer and drier are above my guest bedroom, and their heater room is next to my main bedroom. Can you image if your upstairs have a few toddler kids up there? Every weekend morning was a nightmare, you didn’t need to set up your alarm clock at all, the kids jumped upstairs to wake you up in early mornings. And in late night, your upstairs would run their dryers all night long, so your guest room would be noisy all night. And you can hear the heater kept being on and off all night. Basically, don’t take any downstairs, you would be annoyed every day and night.

nice environment, reasonable price, and the maintenance always responses fast. The apartments with attached garage is very convenient in winter. Very good rental place!

Staying for last 3 months. Pros - Canton is a perfect location. Close to many interesting hubs- Ann arbor, plymouth, farmington, airport etc. Regular cleaning of snow from path and road ways. Peaceful and feels safe. Cons - Administration is too selective (lazy) to address concerns. My pathway floods regularly but was not repaired even after repeated reminders. Gym is too small to fit more than 4-5 people at once. Roaches have a free run in Kitchen and Bathrooms.
