Mike was our representative and was great. He was very knowledgeable about furnace/air conditioning systems and helped us choose the right system for us. He also upgraded the humidifier on the furnace when I explained why we needed humidity in the house. Really appreciated this! The system has been in for several weeks and we're doing great. The install process was easy, the guys were professional and left the house looking better than they found it.

I am so happy about my experience with Cape Canaveral! My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone to diagnose the problem. John was able to fix my furnace the same day. Aside from that, I mentioned that the blower in the furnace was acting up and he immediately took a look at it and fixed it, by replacing the capacitor and did not even charge me for it! Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with the sales and installation process. However, my rating is based on what happened a year later when I encountered a costly problem and the furnace was out of warranty. They took responsibility for a minor issue that led to the repair and took care of it without charge. They did not need to do that but it won me over. I know know why everyone I consulted prior to making the purchase told me to go to Cape Canaveral Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Service!
