Very nice and friendly staff, great doctors and nurses, great place to bring your children! They always respond back if you call after hours and have to wait for a callback. They always respond in a quick and timely manner, which is awesome when it's after hours and you have a house full of sick children and don't know what you should do at that point! Thank you!

Update on my recent review about wait times. The manger has contacted me in regards to the long wait times, and made sure to schedule us with someone that can meet our needs. On our recent visit, the staff at check in were welcoming, helpful and made the experience smooth. The nurse that helped us to our room was friendly and efficient.

We really love PPC in general (we go there for everything) but especially love the team in the pediatric office. As first time parents in uncharted territory it's important to have a doctor, nursing staff and support staff that make us feel heard, supported and most importantly not crazy for all the questions and concerns we have. We really like Dr. Jones and feel that he genuinely cares about our son. I'm happy to be a part of this practice and hope to bring my son here for years to come.
