Love the unit, the set up, and the location. Beaches, bars, stores and restaurants in every direction. I will definitely be making this a yearly stop. Thank you Jill and everyone else at CGV.

This village is perfect for a short or extended stay in Hyannis. Great location for town, beach, or whatever. Our cottage has everything we could need including AC.
Lovely cottages. Feels like your staying at grandma's house. Very cozy and clean. Tho outdated in furnishings. The staff make up for it. Very friendly and helpful. Close to beach and Main Street shopping.
Very nice cottage. The pool was big. It was very quiet and close to the harbour.

The cottages are beautifully decorated. Each with it's own deck. The staff goes out of their way to make you fell at home. It really is like a small villages. It's not new but that is part of it's charm.
The place was perfect! Close to the beach and not a bad walk into town. They give you towels for the beach upon request and were very accommodating to our needs. The pool was so relaxing, with floats, pool noodles, kiddie toys to borrow and plenty of seating. Grills at most of the houses (I think the studios are the only ones without?). Free parking. A small playground for the little ones. The management and staff were more than friendly. The only downside is there is no AC, there are fans in all the rooms though. Even with that little glitch it is still Highly recommended by me!
Nice change if your tired of the hotels. Some of the parking spaces are very tight to get into. It was nice that the staff was local and they were very nice and friendly. Will definitely go again!
