After moved to the US from overseas, i found my first car at Car Factory Hollywood. The crew was super helpful, and even the manager helped me with every single question i had (and believe me i had a lot). Even though i'm still new here and this is my first car in the US we managed to negotiate a good deal. Overall i'm really satisfied and will definitely consider coming back in the future for a trade-in. One last thing: i have read some reviews mentioning they got higher prices than the one on their website, did i get the price from the site? No. Why? Because i financed half the price. If you finance, new driver, first car, bad credit score etc. expect higher prices it's that simple.

OK, I guess sometimes the younger generation might know better. I had frequented the same dealership for years. My son kept singing the praises of Car Factory until I had to give them a try. I’m a convert! Everything about my purchase went so smoothly from the time I walked into the welcoming facility until the time I drove out with the exact car I had my eye on.

I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in purchasing so I made an appointment. To my surprise, I was greeted by the same young sales lady I made an online appointment with. What usually happens at other places is that they say the “young lady” is not available and you get someone else. This place has integrity.

Veterans beware. Do not believe the \clean title\ line they feed you, check the car fax. Do not fall for the certified pre-owned stickers they have on the cars either, they are fake. My sister's car was crashed in the back (which was in the car fax, the portion they did not show us), but the vehicle had damage in the front that broke the condenser (which was not in the car fax). No warranty repairs or nothing. Do yourself a favor, buy from a reputable dealer.
