When it comes to service these guys are top notch. I bought my car last week and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales man who greeted me was Jorge, he was very patient with me and just by asking a few question he pointed me to my dream car and he was not wrong with the selection. Jorge and Angelo the sales manager made me feel like I was buying my car from family and really took care of me. I know where to come to buy my future cars. It was a great deal, easy finance transaction and Jorge, Angelo and the whole staff made me feel like home. Thanks again guys you rock!

Not only did they help me find the car that I wanted but that also suited my lifestyle. Complete transparency throughout the car buying process that kept me feeling comfortable and stress free. First they advertise vehicles that they don’t have. I have been looking for a couple weeks on their website and decided to go there to find out the vehicles were sold. I was told their inventory turns over quickly but they continue to advertise sold cars. I believe we were dealing with the manager who seemed to care less about us and quickly moved on. Watch out for their hidden dealers fee of 899.00 inspection charge and 995.00 dealer fee. Thanks but we will take our business elsewhere
My first time here today and my experience was amazing they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Ernesto helped me tremendously and explained everything and broke it down to a T. It was my first time financing a car and he made sure I knew everything !!! Angelo was always the best person to be around so friendly and made sure I got everything I wanted and for the price I wanted. I even got to ring the bell at the end!!! Thank you guys soo much. I will never forget this experience.
Came in for a 13000 car that was listed for sale online, got into the dealership and was notified that the real price is actually well over 20% more on all their cars. Their rationale for this was "well, the price we advertise is the cost AFTER a down payment" Then they charged a "destination fee" of almost 1000 and another fee on TOP of it! Taxes and fees combined to make the car like 22k. These guys are scam artists it's hilarious that they are able to even keep this going. The salesman (who I should note was VERY nice and respectful) kept telling me that everything was worth it because they are providing a lifetime warranty for the engine and trans, but I value honesty in business and this company is not honest at all in their advertising.
I worked with 3 dealerships within the same week. I was told No, until I came to Car Factory Outlet. I found exactly what I wanted, and received exactly what I wanted in less than 24 hours. What happened was all thanks to Rafael, Camilo and Jorge. A miracle. Not only was I promised what I asked for but they worked with me on SO many levels. It was a true testimony that I will be sharing with friends and family. -low mileage luxury car in great condition. -10 points less than what other dealerships wanted to offer as an interest. ️ This shows good relationships with lenders. -It wasn’t a job to sell cars, it was the professional assistance they offered me because they cared about what I wanted and knew how to get it done. -they even help with insurance -lastly, my car was inspected and I was told by the technician “wow, you’re car is in excellent condition…,where did you say you purchased it from?” Thank you for being part of my blessing.
