###This review is for Staff specially Billing Department and Front office### Billing Dept is fraud . These guys submitted a claim to wrong insurance (even though they deducted a copay from right Insurance Policy when I been seen) and it end up going to collection agency . when I called this guys and douchebag named \Scott\ talked to me and said as its now with collection agency he can't resubmit a claim to right insurance and I have to pay remaining balance and this collection agency record stays to my credit history. You guys should first of all need to understand how business works and dont blame patient for your mistakes. You guys go burn into the Hell.

I can't speak to the doctors as I couldn't get past the rude lady that answered the phone to even start the process of getting an appointment. She kept interrupting me when I tried to talk, not even letting me finish a sentence, then put me on hold until I hung up. The doctors may be great but the office staff really makes or breaks a practice.

I am absolutely grateful for the amazing performance from Dr Brannon Hyde. The good doctor did a wonderful surgery for my aortic aneurism and AVR. Dr Hyde visited me numerous times while in the recovering phase at the hospital, always kept me informed, very professional and down to earth. I highly recommend this talented surgeon.

Went here for what was suppose to be a simple heart ablation procedure and clipping of heart appendage with Dr Yang . I was injured twice during install of heart clip and punctured my atrium. I awoke in horrible pain and had a brief discussion with Dr. Yang telling me what happened and something about the sales rep being in the operating room but that we would discuss the matter on my follow up visit. Upon my visit the response I got was that the part used is not readily available in the hospital. So I'm not clear with he would even bring that up to me. After care was horrible as could never reach them over the phone. Eventually I'm told that their is nothing more they can do for me and was told to seek pain management. As I researched pain clinic and was told about getting an MRI I inquired about my clip as it's metal and I didn't want it to be ripped out due to the mri . I had to call his office and get specifications on to what it could handle . This should have been told to me not stumble across after I'm being passed along to pain management. I was then informed that I would have to get clearance from my referring cardiologist not Dr Yang or his staff . As of today I still don't know what happen to me asides being assaulted while I was under and without consent . I didn't even get an apology fir his mistakes and pain and scarring he caused me. I would never suggest this place to anyone. I'm going to spread the word about my experience on every social media platform and local stations who will listen to my story . This is just not write and then bill me for your mistakes. Not today and not me I will stand up for myself . This is unacceptable.
