They did a recall for a block heater on my Diesel. The tech was too lazy to rout the chord where it could be accessible from outside the vehicle. They ran the harness the easiest way possible, and you have to open the hood to plug in the block heater. Another 15 minutes of work and they could have made it accessable from the grill or wheel well.

I have to say I searched the internet looking for a Escalade ESV and found a lot of them all over the country. Many of those dealers I contacted had all kinds of things to say and when I tried to get a firm price with a budget they had all told me I had to be at their dealship to talk numbers. Well Bob Purvis not only talked straight and honest he even came to the dealership on a Sunday for me to test drive the truck. Then we talked numbers-very happy they met my budget. We closed the deal that week, and I love the vehicle and service. I will buy there again.
